Copywriter | Strategist
As part of my studies, I worked for my school's student-run agency, Martin Hall Agency. This was my first opportunity to work directly with a real client. As a strategist and copywriter, I communicated closely with the client and conducted consumer interviews to better understand both the brand and the people it served.
To build the right campaign for Sunset Berry Farms, we first had to discover the heart of the brand. What made it unique? Looking beyond the produce, we found an opportunity to reposition Sunset Berry Farms around what truly made it special: the memories made on the farm.
Problem:
Sunset Berry Farms had more to offer than fresh, locally grown produce, but its marketing needed a stronger, more cohesive identity to communicate what made the farm special and encourage repeat visits.
Insight:
People weren't visiting Sunset Berry Farms just for the berries. They valued the family traditions, shared experiences, and lasting memories they created there. The farm's greatest asset wasn't simply its produce; it was the emotional connection people had with the experience.
Solution:
Reposition Sunset Berry Farms as a place where memories and traditions are made. Build a warm, family-focused brand identity around this positioning, supported by community collaborations, seasonal experiences, and a loyalty program that gives families more reasons to return.
